KeyPad Plus Jeweller is a wireless touch keypad designed for secure arming and disarming of Ajax security systems. It supports authentication via Pass cards, Tag key fobs, and multiple types of access codes, all protected by DESFire® encryption. With long‑range Jeweller communication, advanced anti‑sabotage features, and up to 4.5 years of battery life, it provides reliable access control for residential, commercial, and industrial environments.

How It Works

KeyPad Plus Jeweller communicates with the hub using encrypted two‑way Jeweller radio technology. Users authenticate by entering a code or presenting a Pass or Tag device, which is verified using DESFire® encryption. The keypad displays system status via LED indicators and supports group control and Night Mode.

If a duress code is entered, the keypad simulates normal disarming while silently sending an alarm to the security company. The built‑in panic button can trigger alarms or automation scenarios. Regular polling ensures real‑time supervision, and the keypad locks temporarily if incorrect codes are repeatedly entered.
