DoorProtect Jeweller is a wireless opening detector designed to secure doors, windows, skylights, and other entry points. It uses a high‑quality British‑made reed switch rated for over 2 million openings, ensuring long‑term reliability. With two included magnets, an NC input for third‑party detectors, and up to seven years of battery life, it provides flexible installation and dependable intrusion detection for residential, commercial, and industrial environments.

How It Works
DoorProtect Jeweller uses a reed switch to detect when a door or window is opened. The detector communicates with the hub using encrypted Jeweller radio technology, ensuring fast and reliable alarm delivery. The system monitors device status through regular polling and instantly reports tamper events, communication loss, or low battery conditions.
The NC input allows integration of an additional wired detector—such as a vibration, motion, or alternative opening sensor—expanding the protection zone. When the Chime feature is enabled and paired with an Ajax siren, DoorProtect Jeweller can act as a doorbell, providing audible notifications when the system is disarmed.
