Common entry points were fitted with managed readers, and an intercom solution was installed to handle visitor and delivery access. Credentials are issued and revoked centrally, so a departing tenant or staff member can be removed immediately without any physical key recovery.

Access events are logged, providing building management with an auditable record while keeping each tenant's activity appropriately separated.

Building management gained straightforward central control over who can access which areas, replacing an unmanaged collection of physical keys.

Tenant onboarding and offboarding is now a matter of minutes rather than a rekeying exercise, and the audit log provides a clear record where questions arise.
